Bookings made direct with Rosemount by telephone or email may be secured by providing card details with payment being in full on departure, or by sending a deposit by cheque made payable to 'Rosemount Guest House' for the value of the first night's stay.

Bookings made via the on-line booking system will require debit/credit card details to be entered by the secure booking method. (no payment will be taken at the time of booking) with payment in full on departure.

Our cancellation policy

A reservation once made by letter, e-mail or telephone is a legally-binding contract.
If You cancel Your Booking with less than 5 (five) days before the scheduled check-in time a charge equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay will be levied.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if it is later reduced to below the minimum nights stay from when originally booked.

IT IS ADVISABLE TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

Rosemount accepts payment by cash, debit or credit card and cheques. Please note a surcharge of £2 is payable on credit card transactions for balances which are settled on departure.

Bookings which include babies and children under 12 years of age are only accepted in our family room which is in the chalet/annexe.

Group bookings which require more than two guest bedrooms must be discussed and approved by the proprietors of Rosemount.



Rooms are available between 3.30 and 7pm on the day of arrival. We would request guests who anticipate arriving outside of these times to advise us in advance of their stay.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
